Hey there 👋 I’m Rachel – your new digital bestie and unofficial therapist when it comes to texting drama.

I created Should I Text Back? because, like you, I’ve stared at my phone way too long, debating if I should hit “send” or leave them on read (guilty). From late-night “hey” texts to awkward ghosting recoveries – I’ve seen it all, felt it all, and turned it into this tool to help us all make better, less cringey texting decisions.

This site isn’t powered by cold, clinical advice – it’s powered by a little humor, a dash of overthinking, and a whole lot of been-there-done-that energy.
